The Communications section of the My Account portal allows you to view all correspondence that has been sent to you, including contracts, password resets, and changes to services. You can also use this to view your contract end date.

To access this, first you will need to log in to My Account.

On the homepage, click the Communications tile.

Up to four of your most recent communications will show. Click More Comms in the bottom right corner to see more.

๐Ÿ’กIf the specific communication you are looking for does not appear in the list, please check that you are looking at the correct account. Your services may be spread across different account numbers.
