Once you’ve switched to XLN, we’ll send you an invoice shortly after the transfer has taken place. Your previous broadband or telephone supplier will also send you a final bill.
Your first bill may be higher than expected, as your first invoice is for the current month, and the next month in advance. This means that if your connection date was partway through the month, you will be billed from your live date until the end of the current billing cycle, as well as the next full billing cycle. This is only for your first invoice, or the first invoicing of any new products added to your account throughout your time with XLN.
💡For example, if your monthly cost is £30, and connection goes live halfway through the current month, your first bill we be for £15 (one half month) + £30 (one full month) = £45 (one and a half months). Then your next bill, and future bills, will be for £30 (one full month).

Your first bill may also show one-off charges, such as install charges, hardware, or delivery fees.
Going forward, your bill will revert to its standard monthly cost and continue to be billed monthly for the upcoming month ahead.
