The My Products section of My Account allows you to view all of your live services, as well as your ceased or inactive ones.

Once you have logged in to My Account, click the My Products tile on the home page.

This will load a list of your live products and services. The hexagons on the left show which product types you have.

You can view your inactive products by clicking the dropdown. This will show any ceased products, along with the relevant identifier such as phone number.

You can also view your product add-ons such as call diverts, static IP addresses or line features.
